Sell My Auto USA LLC is a Neutral Venue Only.

We are a listing service and do not participate in, control, or verify any transaction. We do not own, inspect, or broker any vehicles. We do not handle payments, transfer titles, or offer any guarantees on the condition, safety, or legality of any vehicle listed on our site. All transactions are conducted exclusively between the buyer and the seller.

The user is responsible for conducting all necessary research, due diligence, and verifications before completing any transaction. All vehicles are sold "as-is," and Sell My Auto USA LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Your Responsibilities as a Buyer:

• Vehicle Verification: You must inspect the vehicle in person before purchase. We strongly recommend obtaining a third-party vehicle history report (such as CARFAX or AutoCheck) and having the vehicle professionally inspected by a licensed mechanic.
• Fraud Protection: Do not send any payments or share sensitive personal or financial information without fully verifying the seller's identity and the vehicle’s legitimacy.

Your Responsibilities as a Seller:

• Payment Security: Do not release the vehicle or sign over the title until you have verified the buyer's payment is legitimate and has been fully cleared by your financial institution.
• Information Protection: Be cautious about sharing personal or financial details.
• Fraud Reporting: Immediately report any suspicious activity or fraudulent behavior to both local law enforcement and our support team. This includes reporting any user that you suspect may be an unlicensed dealer ("curbstoner").

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

By using this site, you agree to assume all risks associated with your transactions, including the risk of fraud, theft, loss, or any dispute that may arise. You agree to waive all claims against Sell My Auto USA LLC. You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sell My Auto USA LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the site or any transaction you enter into, including those resulting from illegal activities by other users, system downtime, service interruptions, or a data security incident.
